We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for purchases from Kindred Finds.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to report any issue and request a resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@kindredfinds.net within 30 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue — this helps us resolve your request quickly.
Once verified, we'll offer you a full refund or a free replacement, your choice. You will not be required to ship the item back to us.
Change of Mind
If you'd simply like to return an item you no longer want (not due to damage or defect), please contact us at support@kindredfinds.net within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we are unable to accept physical returns for change-of-mind requests. We may offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion — reach out and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
Items Never Received
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it using your tracking information. If your item is confirmed lost in transit, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to fully process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@kindredfinds.net.
